Refund Policy

At Lomba Financial Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality bookkeeping services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of financial consulting, refunds are not typically offered once services have been rendered.
 

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds may be considered in cases where services have not yet begun.

  • If there is an error or issue with the service provided, we encourage clients to contact us for a resolution.

  • Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
     

Requesting a Refund:

  • Clients must submit refund requests in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

  • Refund inquiries should include details of the issue and any relevant documentation.

  • We will review all requests and respond within 7 business days.
     

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services or consulting sessions.

  • Fees for software subscriptions or third-party services are non-refundable.
